Prior to Bravo Property Trust, Mr. Moshayev was CEO of Harel Insurance and Finance Alternative, the credit and real estate alternatives investment platform of Harel Insurance Group, which is one of the largest insurance companies in Israel. Mr. Moshayev established this real estate credit platform which he oversaw, and which attained significant success and growth under his leadership. Mr. Moshayev’s career at Harel Group spanned 15 years.

Aidan Birnbaum works on behalf of the Bravo Property Trust bridge platform. Aidan formerly worked on S3 Capital’s bridge loan program, overseeing 150 active loans. In his time, he closed over $1B of transactions and facilitated the financing for each transaction under the platform. Formerly an underwriter, Aidan has an understanding of acquisition and development projects, having seen through more than 50 projects through completion. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Economics.

Mr. Patterson is Bravo Capital’s Deputy Chief Underwriter. Mr. Patterson previously worked at Greystone as a FHA Senior Underwriter. During his time at Greystone, he was responsible for the underwriting and submission of approximately $2 billion of HUD-insured loans. Mr. Patterson specialized in multifamily projects including market rate, income restricted, Section 8, and projects receiving new Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
Mr. Patterson received a BS in Business Administration from The College of New Jersey, with a concentration in finance.

Mitchell Reiser joins Bravo Capital as a Deputy Chief Underwriter. He is a licensed multifamily and healthcare underwriter with nearly a decade of experience in HUD-insured financing. He worked at Greystone from 2016 to 2025, most recently serving as a Deputy Chief Underwriter. Over the course of his career, he has worked on more than $2.5 billion in multifamily and healthcare loan submissions to HUD. His underwriting background includes a broad range of HUD programs, from market rate 223(f) refinances to new construction and substantial rehabilitation 221(d)(4) loans, including those involving Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).Mr. Reiser holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Yeshiva University. He has completed multiple training programs through the Mortgage Bankers Association and HUD, earning certifications in multifamily underwriting, affordable housing, property inspection, and the LIHTC PILOT program.

Prior to his time at Be Aviv, he gained significant experience in capital advisory and investment sales, founding a specialized capital advisory firm focused on 99-year ground lease transactions in the New York metropolitan area. Mr. Savitt transacted over $100 million in commercial real estate deals.

Oliver Katselnik is an underwriting junior originator at Bravo Capital. Born and raised in NYC, Mr. Katselnik attended the Bronx High School of Science and recently graduated from the Wisconsin School of Business’ Real Estate Program with his MS and BBA degrees. During his time in the master’s program, Mr. Katselnik and his classmates served as a team of analysts for an active real estate private equity fund, where they invested outside capital from alumni to deliver real returns.
